Dallas RUG - Call for Speakers

If you are a student or a Data Scientist:

  • present your research or project (which uses R, of course)
  • gain public speaking experience
  • expand your portfolio


Format:

  • one long session: about 1 hour presentation + questions, or
  • 2-3 short sessions, about 20-30 minutes each + questions

Dallas RUG - Call for Volunteers

The Leadership Team and Working Groups are looking for volunteers:

  • help the Hosting WG organize an evening (weekday) meeting
  • help the Planning WG get speakers and organize events
  • help the Strategy WG make long term plans


  • (extra) improve your markdown and git skills by helping to migrate past event information and files from MeetUp to GitHub
  • (extra) improve your R markdown skills by making this template better
